the Polenta in Romania is called Mamaliga and they are close to grits and sarlmale is my favorite Romanian food. I live in Bistrita Romania and love this country and am sad to have to go back to the U.S. after being here for 9 years. Romania is such a beautiful country and you can do so much on very little money.

Romania has really nice places. Hopefully you also visit Sibiu, former Hermannstadt and also castle Bran to visit Dracula. ;) 2:20 I think you are wrong. When the ottoman stood close to Belgrade the pope let the bells ring at noon, so every christ should pray for a victory against the ottoman. When the pope got the information of the victory one week later, he kept the bell ringing at noon. The war was close to Belgrade, Serbia. I didn't find anything about bells started to ring in Timisoara. Perhaps you can help me out, because I'm very interested in it and first heard of the noon bell ringing story, when I visited Belgrade.

Interesting video, never been to Romania, but it looks and sounds enticing. As for Budapest, visited lots of times before the world grind to a halt. Beautiful city. And if you go out in the inner city in the evenings there were always so many people around in the various squares, it was fantastic to see the activity. Heartwarming. You'd fit right in.

I don't know. I also receive only "horror" shows from there : from where did that pc keyboard land on the street? Is she picking up a crushed by a truck smartphone? Without gloves isn't toxic? The city hall and the dump collection company are in chaos not able to organize the garbage collection. They must be all alcoholics with those piles of bottles. And those others are tourists trapping scammers. €50? Ok the waiters are paid with a sales percentage. They really learned in a brothel how to bring you another drink. You better pay with your card or have the required amount of money or you get no change. They were really smart to avoid all of them.
