When i got divorced in 1997 ,i was driving around this small town abot 30 miles from where i lived with my wife and i saw a tiny little house on a small lot next to a larger home in the country, i knoked on the door of the larger home and this sweet old lady answerd the door ,i asked about the little house she said nobody has lived there for years, she said if i cleaned it up i could live there for doing work around her property, i ended up living thete for 20 years and she became like a mom to me.

What an interesting video! I really like your place, my son and I have always wanted to be able to buy a couple of acres like you did, away from all the noise, well, we bought two acres in West Central Texas. This place is around 5 miles from the nearest town. I like the concrete for insulation, You did a good job with that, and the new addition gave the place a new look. I have a 3 bedroom mobile home that my daughters and I live in, I had bought 2 camper trailers and one looks just like yours, I had thought about doing cob for insulation and a live roof on it, what are your thoughts on that. I would appreciate your advice. I’m going to watch more of your videos. Thank you for sharing! Blessings for you and your Wife!

@wildernesshermit

Hi Kaun, I did a video about what's involved in the permit process on land you own. "Facts about living in an Rv on your land." That's if you want to be county and state compliant. I've heard of some folks renting a lot or a space on someones land but you want to be sure the property is zoned for that, the rent is reasonable and there's a rental agreement that's specifies the duration of rental time with renewal options.
