Slightly off topic but that Greek yogurt marinade works really well on Chicken breast. Even tastier if you grill the chicken breast after marinating for 30-45 minutes.

My favorite recipe for fish is cooking the it on orange, lemon or lime slices. Add a little True Citrus Garlic, Lime, Cilantro or Lemon Pepper to the top and bake as recommended. When using orange slices I just sprinkle True Citrus Orange over the top with a bit of garlic or onion powder. Thanks for the video.

Glad you discussed sustainability at the beginning. Another thing to note is farmed fish (particularly salmon) that are kept in 'pens' in lochs or open water actually massively damage the surrounding eco system as the bad bugs from the farmed salmon pass to the wild salmon. 😊

I think orange roughy will be banned from my playlist (is that what they meant by "roughy," sheesh I had no clue). However, I might have to try out few of these ideas. I use a particularly lazy approach when it comes to prepping fish. Basically I make a casserole by putting cod or flounder filets, spices, vegetables (like chopped kale, mushrooms, onions) into a baking pan, cover with egg whites, sprinkle panko and add Braggs & sesame oil for flavor and bake. You can alter this idea switching up the flavor combinations.

Thank you I really love these recipes. The way I do salmon is not very healthy but tasty. I put it in a pan skin down of course with a little water. I let it start to cook and i add in sliced onions letting the water evaporate. Then I add in teriyaki sauce mixed with brown sugar. and let it bubble and thicken a little not too much. I can't do it like this for me anymore though, as I found for me I'm allergic to soy and it has too much sodium :(

Mark26412 My job has a toaster oven so I use that. Unfortunately, don't think there is anything that can be done about the smell. It might depend on the type of fish, as well as the recipe (might not smell as bad if it was in a stew with other aromatics).
