Great Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you tried - Dinanlinson Natural Beauty Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning what to eat to look younger minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.

Hahaha!!! Nice inserts there 😏. On the matter regarding no cal beverages, In was under the impression that those drinks containing Aspartame and the like actually caused your body to react similarly as it would to sugar. In other works, it caused your glucose levels to rise and can actually put you at risk for diabetes and other related health issues. Perhaps do a video about sugar and no sugar sweeteners and the effects they have on your body?

Steel cut oatmeal is something that I always have in my pantry for breakfast because it's so easy for me to make in the morning. especially if I'm in a hurry, which I usually am. it's also super easy to take on the go if you have access to hot water at work. I usually prep by berries or grab a banana and have my dry oatmeal and chia seed in a mason jar and I'm out the door.

Bell pepper (I like red) Green onion Red onion Leafy greens Zucchini Sweet cherry tomatoes Avocado Fresh blue or strawberry’s Goat cheese Olive oil or vinegarette Chicken breast and some bacon Greek yogurt and avocado on toast possibly Almonds Drink green tea sometimes Keep bread in the freezer so you don’t feel you have to consume a lot of bread right away Instant rice is good if you’re pressed for time Eggs (possibly egg whites but probably not)

Another great video! I buy most of that stuff, minus the Almond butter which is out of my budget. I just have tried zucchini noodles ( i absolutely refuse to say "zoodles"), and will be incorporating them more in my weekly prep. In your experience, how long do nuts last in storage? There is only one place about 45 minutes from in in Birmingham, AL that sells bulk loose nuts (I know ya'll are gigglin), but I don't want to get too much and have them spoil. Tossing food out is a pet peeve. Also, I do eat a lot of eggs. Scrambled, over easy, egg muffins, etc. Any other good tips on keeping this awesome food from getting boring? Thank you for all that you share on your channel and site! I have gleaned SO much information that I've put into practice as well as passed on to some folks that are just starting their fitness journey. Yours is always the first site and channel I pass along when someone says they want to start eating better! Cheers!!
