I'm going to guess (because I'm sure a.f. NOT going to another continent to try proving it) that those "glass-like" teeth are not going to do much damage to human skin. I expect the relatively small teeth might even break off before drawing blood, and seeing as Asian folks are crunching them down as treats I will stick with my wild presumptions. Again, I'm not going anywhere near them to find out...but I'd appreciate any opinions. And those uppity thumb votes.👍 (For science, you know.)😉

I’ve been a fan of marine life ever since I was a kid, and as an adult nothing really surprises me. All the “weird” and “creepy” sea creatures featured online and such, I already know everything that’s known about them But then I saw this monstrosity… and was left wondering what polluted cesspool it crawled out of! And here I thought the ocean had no more surprises for me… (And unsurprisingly, Asians consider it a delicacy)

I lived in Presidio, TX for a while. All kinds of crawlies. There were millions of 6" millipedes that covered the roads during spring--my friend and I spent a lot of time removing them safely. They were really fun and totally harmless, having literally no biting mouth parts, only spongy sucking, like a butterfly. I have been bitten by a house centipede, tho, and it stung for hours. But they were really pretty, like a red or blue floating fairy. We also once had a tarantula come in through a cat door. My son woke me up in a panic, and I just upended a glass over it until I could put it out safely the next day. Lots of scorpions, too, but since the only poisonous scorpion lives in a tiny little area of AZ, no worries. Windscorpions, etc. were not uncommon.
