For 600-700 grams of fish fillet, take 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of 6% vinegar. 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 bay leaf, 3-4 peas of allspice and 1 head of onion.
Add salt to the fish, roll in semolina and fry in vegetable oil. Boil salted water with bay leaf and onion, cut into slices. Pour in the vinegar, add the tomato paste. Let boil 1 time, remove from heat and cool. Put the fried fish in a glass or ceramic dish, pour over the marinade. Store in the refrigerator before use. Serve as an independent cold appetizer or with a side dish of boiled hot potatoes
