How to make a healthy dessert a'la Bounty
Ingredients for two servings
125g of lean cottage cheese
150g of natural yoghurt
1 sugar-free jelly or gelatin
3 tablespoons of erythritol
4 teaspoons of coconut shrims
4 sugar-free chocolate cubes
10ml of milk
Dissolve sugar-free jelly according to the instructions. Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly (or blend it) with natural yoghurt, add erythritol, coconut flakes and mix. Add the dissolved jelly to the mass. Pour everything into cups or glasses and set aside to cool.
