Fitness Pilates Circuit Training Workout is a pyramid style Pilates routine to MAXIMIZE your stamina and find your edge. This is a full body workout that is done bodyweight without any equipment. It consist of eight exercises starting at the top of the pyramid (higher reps) and working our way down to less reps. This routine goes from slow to fast. So as the reps drop we pick the pace up finding a cardio effect in this pilates routine!! As the reps go down the speed goes UP! 40 minute workout followed by a five minute cool down and stretch.
