■ Chicken steak with Japanese-style onion sauce (2 servings)
[Ingredients]
・2 pcs Chicken Thigh
・2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
(For the Sauce)
・1/4 Onion, chopped
・2 tbsp Soy Sauce
・2 tbsp Mirin
・2 tbsp Water
・1 tbsp Sake
・1 tsp Sugar
[How to]
① Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken.
② Pan-fry in a frying pan for 10 minutes while stretching the skin.
③ When the skin gets crispy, turn it over, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the pan.
④ Saute the onion in the pan, add other ingredients for the sauce and shimmer it until it thickens.
