However, what they miss is actually addressing the factors that help you translate that mobility into better posture and then getting that improvement to stick around long-term.
The most important factors in training for any outcome are specificity and the magnitude of stimulus relative to the desired adaptation.
In this case, we not only need to improve mobility but also to improve positional competence, muscle strength, endurance, and balance.
You need the degree of stimulus in the correct posture to be great enough to see the changes you want.
