Follow these steps:
1. ALWAYS centralize (put the disc back into place) FIRST. Your body can’t function if a disc is out!
2. Start on the ground then stand!
3. Wake your glutes up! If your glutes aren’t online you can’t function properly during sports or exercise! #theglutesarethecenteroftheuniverse
4. If your hips are tight your glutes CANNOT work properly. This is why the hip airplane is so important!
5. If your thoracic spine is tight you can’t move your shoulders properly!
