"Fall into This" é uma das musicas com a melodia mais bonita que eu já ouvi não só dentro do new metal mas no geral. Pena que essa banda nao teve o reconhecimento que merecia.

I would love to see songs from endangered species live. Like decide, final cry, worlds divide, all the worst, and endangered species the song would be amazing live. I wonder if they ever did them live. I saw Flaw twice and they only did one song from endangered species and it was recognize.

What's the difference between unplugged and acoustic?
@kustomhooligans
5 жыл бұрын
Unplugged and Acoustic is basically the same thing. The difference is how the sound is presented to the listening audience. Acoustic is where there are typically no electric guitars and instead they play acoustic guitars, typically the drummer will use their same drum set they use for normal live shows, but will use "softer" drum sticks, such as brushes and cotton padded drum sticks. During acoustic performances, all the drums, guitars, vocals and other instruments are mic'd or hardwired just like a normal "electric" live show, then the instruments such as guitars have a 1/4" cable that's connected to the guitar's pickup, which takes the sound from the pickup and sends it to a mixing board, a long with all the mic'd drums, piano, vocals etc., where every instrument's level or "loudness" are adjusted so their loudness is even, and all instruments and singers are present. Additionally, there are also some EQ frequencies adjusted, increased and/or decreased and other tricks like preamps to make the band sound "polished," or warmer. Then the mixing board takes those "mixed" instruments and vocals and plays it through a p.a. system to a live audience and sometimes its recorded for a future "live" DVD concert release, such as Alice in Chains, Staind, Nirvana and Korn did with their "Mtv Unplugged" concert series performances. Contrarily, a TRUE unplugged band is just that, UNPLUGGED. They typically use acoustic guitars again, the drums are not mic'd and can be played with any kind of drum stick that best fits the band's performance. Some drummers will exchange their drum sets for bongos in these instances. No other instruments are mic'd or "plugged in" to any mixing board/console. And the singers and musicians are responsible for "self equalizing " and controlling the collective band's loudness and overall sound quality!. They play their respective instruments either softer or harder to make them louder or quietter so a group of 50 people, listening from 30 feet away, can hear the drums, guitars and singer all equally well! So this Flaw show here in the video above would be considered "acoustic" and there's another video of Flaw playing at some summer camp type place with just their acoustic guitars around a camp fire and that would be considered a true "unplugged" performance. Which is why you'll never see pop singers playing "stripped down" with zero effects to mask their garbage music and lackluster talents. Sorry for the lengthy response. I have a degree in music production and I enjoy it!

Sorry, the other Flaw video is not unplugged. But say Flaw were sitting around at their uncle's beach house around a camp fire, and just jamming on acoustics by themselves, that would be considered "unplugged."

The second album failed to sell and Univeral dropped them. And after that, there was a lot of inner fighting within the band, mostly due to Chris Volz substance abuse (allegedly)
