Flaxseed bread in 2 minutes! Healthy rich breakfast on your table
Linseed bread is a tasty product and not everyone is familiar with it. The main advantages: gluten-free, high content of vegetable protein (36%) and a record amount of omega-3. Therefore, this is a real find for a healthy and dietary diet!
The more flaxseed flour, the darker and denser the breadcrumbs. If you want fluffy breads, replace some of the flaxseeds with wheat flour.
If you are on a gluten-free diet, bake from buckwheat and flaxseed flour, add corn or oatmeal. Try different healthy dough fillers: flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, flakes or cereal bran.
INGREDIENTS:
✅ 70 g of flaxseed
✅ 1 egg
✅ 1 egg white
✅ a pinch of salt
✅ a pinch of ground coriander
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✅ 40 g butter (coconut, olive oil) oil
Flaxseed flour can also be combined with coconut flour for a milder flavor and lighter color in the finished bread. If coconut flour is not available, you can grind or finely chop sunflower seeds. Butter can be replaced with sour cream.
