Gagauz gozleme made from yeast dough. The filling can be any, I used cottage cheese. The pies are very tasty, soft and very appetizing!
Ingredients:
Flour 400-450 g
Water - 260 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Dry yeast - 1 tsp. (7g)
For filling:
Cheese cheese or salted cottage cheese.
