Greetings all! :D
Concocted as a means of combatting high-altitude zeppelin raiders during World War I, the Blackburn T.B. or Twin Blackburn hastily married two biplanes together into a machine that was barely flyable, and had a propensity to burst into flames once the engines were started, leading to a machine whose career was over before it had even begun.
