While we might not be able to control our FND symptoms, we can control our reaction to them. Not reacting to our symptoms can lead to healing and recovery from our FND. In this video, FND: Accepting Our Symptoms, I will talk about how you can train yourself to do just that.
I was diagnosed with FND in 2017 after struggling for many years prior to my diagnosis. My FND does not affect my life now. However, this was not always the case as I did have issues for many years before my diagnosis and I found life tough. Using the response outlined in this video, I was able to let go of resistance to my FND symptoms, that was actually exacerbating this condition. I hope this video can help someone else heal, as changing my relationship to my symptoms really helped me.
