Chef John, you're amazing. You take the difficulty out of cooking. I've never experienced cooking so easy as I have in watching your videos. I love that you make dishes that are 'do-able'.There are so many times I see recipes that are just too over the top for the basic cook like myself. You've made cooking for my family a joy instead of just another chore and I thank you tremendously! I hope you win the Food Network challenge, I'm voting for you often!! I'd love to watch you on Food Network!

New subscriber here. This is the first recipe I tried like this where I made my own sauce. I didn't have any white wine or vegetable stock. And I used Chicken thighs instead. I deboned the thighs, and used the bones to make my own chicken stock, which I used to make the sauce at the end. Turned out fabulous! Keep making these awesome videos, Chef John.

Sounds interesting. Did you thinly slice the thighs, or leave them whole?

I made this tonight, Chef. Turned out pretty good, although I think 2 lemons overwhelmed the dish a bit. Will make it again though, with a few minor adjustments. Overall, not a bad dish at all! Thanks for sharing.

I made this last night and it was amazing. I did make the mistake of putting a tad to much lemon in the sauce, so it was a bit tart. Regardless, it still tasted so good. The chicken is so tender and moist. I highly recommend this dish. Thanks Chef!

I saw on America's Test Kitchen (PBS) to save a plate and clean-up, mix the some flower in with the egg mixture and seasoning. I find if you dry the meat off before the coating sticks better. Works for many breading styles like chicken parm.
