Foot Workout - Yoga for Beginners. Our feet are a vital part of our musculoskeletal system, supporting the full weight of our bodies when we stand, walk or run. In this 20 minute practice, Leo takes you through actions that stretch, strengthen and bring awareness to the foot, ankle and lower leg area. This is where good posture and balance begin, but regular practice of these actions also helps with common foot problems like bunions, calcaneal spurs, flat feet, plantar faciitis and Morton's neuroma.
