The aim of the football/soccr training exercise is to develop the basic individual skills of the players in the form of dribbling the ball, its control and techniques of working with the ball, including in order to prepare the player for the load during training session. In practice, we focus on intensive ball control and full control over it, including changes in the direction of the dribble, its receive after a pass from a teammate, accurate pass after a load running and the movement of the player after the pass after the players play the ball.
Throughout the exercise, we make sure that the players have the ball under their full control, we encourage the players to use the left and right foot when dribbling, so that their movement is as efficient and elastic as possible.
The exercise is intended for 5 players, intended primarily for players in the age category U10-U15. Exercises should be included in the introduction to football training, in football warm-up.
