The aim of the exercise is to practice the cooperation of three players with a focus on the combination of the third player. In the exercise, we focus on the correct timing of passes and the movement of three players, the player's movement after playing the ball, its release into free space, with the correct body position, so that he can repeatedly engage in a combination. The combination takes place on one maximum of two touches, exceptionally the player receives the ball and turns with it. The goal is to free up space for a pass to a third player, so he could finish a simple action with a final pass to a small goal.
The exercise is designed for 8-10 players (U6-U11). If the exercise is organized for 8 players, then at one moment 6 players are involved in the events running in parallel. Three quarters (75%) of players are active in time, only one quarter (25%) are preparing to participate in the next event.
Organization of two exercises side by side, in the opposite position to the optimization and effectiveness of the exercise, where players do not have to run from place to place unnecessarily or do not stand unnecessarily in a long line before they get to the turn. Exercises can be used for warming up and the preparatory part in training of older age categories.
