The aim of the training exercise is to practice short and medium distance passes, a combination of pass and run, play with the first touch and movement after passing the ball. During the exercise, the players focus on the correct body position at the first contact with the ball, the pass with the first touch, the sprinting after the ball is played and the rotation of the players in a simple ground combination.
All three players are in constant motion and in contact with the ball during practice. I require players to focus on the right technical execution, quality and the right force of passes. We require players to move to a new position with maximum intensity after each game.
Exercise is suitable for group football training, which can be used, for example, when warming up. The exercise is intended for 3 football players (U6-U15).
