@@devondwayne5981 not even the adrenaline (in most cases). A first time offender is fearful of getting caught. Once they realize they got away with it they begin to relax and begin to feel comfortable committing similar crimes because it's familiar. No way the cops didnt know the robbers were cops with their stances and the way they held their guns. This they would have seen early on in the 4 year period of robberies. It would also be a pretty sure bet they were locals. Cops had their approx weight and height too. I dont understand how they investigate all the local LE and look further into those that were off duty each robbery and fit either body type. How is it that it wasn't until the second witness gave the licence plate that the case actually went somewhere? Makes me wonder if cops were covering for them.

Since banks are a prime target, they have an obligation to have excellent CCTV otherwise they are complacent.

In Forensic Files, there are two separate cases where a murderer was named David Davis, and now in this episode, strikingly close to the names, is the photographic technologist David Davies. The Daves are intertwined with this show pfpff

If you only getting 70 or 100 grand to split amongst a team this wouldn’t be worth it for the risk. I always thought bank robbers made off with millions.

They don't tell people the right amount. Otherwise it would be the wild west. Most bank robbers work alone or in pairs, and only get 1 draw, a not the vault. Met a guy who robbed check cashing place, on avg 70k per

Why wouldn't someone return and rob again? The reporter had it right. The same bank 3 times? Might as well have had a sign that said, "Open for robbery." They could've been stopped allot sooner - before it got worse. The lack of action in the initial robberies was stunning.

I would like to address some of the bigots in this comment section. A majority of the crimes that are featured on this show were committed by people of European descent; I'd say that over 90% of the crimes featured on this show were committed by such people. Furthermore, there are even episodes that feature perpetrators of European descent who were law enforcement officers who committed kidnapping, rape, and even murder. Despite this, some of the comments here focus on the African ancestry of the perpetrators in this particular episode, even though most of the perpetrators of other episodes descended from Europeans. Why the double standard?

6 years of robbing banks only yield nearly a million dollars (800,000.00) divided by 3 is pretty much chump change.
