When I've spoken to new guys in the field before and suggested they use Acro mode, they get this look of horror on their face.
As beginners, usually there's the misconception that Acro means being able to flip 4 times in a second. It doesn't, it simply means the attitude of your quad stays where you left it. Acro is simply smoother than self level and it won't fight you.
So my hope is here is that you new guys will see how easy it is to tune your quad in Acro so it's nice and easy to fly. Once you have it nailed, start bumping up your rates a little a a time and you'll be flipping and rolling with minimal effort wondering what all the fuss was about.
