For the 26 form I need:
Dough:
250 g flour
80 g cornstarch
1 P. baking powder
250g sugar
1 pinch of salt
150g margarine/butter
5 eggs
Butter cream:
1/2 l milk
1 packet of vanilla pudding
100g sugar
300g margarine/butter
1/2 jar of cherry jam or others
100 g go almonds
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of margarine
Process the dough as described in the video.
Pour into the mold and fan at 160°
approx. 25 -35 minutes.
Bake. Do a stick test. So that the base is easier to cut, bake at least 1/2 day in advance, better 1 day in advance.
Caramelize the almonds a little with the sugar in the pan. Let cool down.
Just add vanilla pudding according to the instructions
Boil 100 g sugar. Let cool with foil (so that no skin forms).
Beat the butter until fluffy and then mix in the cooled pudding.
Now fill and decorate as desired.
Attention: Buttercream 3/3 otherwise you won't have anything left for the top afterwards.
If necessary, whip the cream until stiff to decorate.
That was a little more work than usual, but the cake is actually bigger than usual. And it was worth it. It was absolutely delicious. 😊
