I have to thank you SO MUCH for this. I'm now about to start week 10 and I've never seen better results, I've been setting new PRs for the past 3 weeks in a row and my leg growth has skyrocketed (my mum asked me if I didn't think my booty looked "too explosive", you get the idea 😅). Thank you!!

I also came to you from Amanda's channel and have watched all your vlogs. Very informative. I am over 40 and got into lifting about a year and a half ago. I love how lifting makes me feel and continuing to get stronger. I do have to go in for surgery this week (Crohn's disease) and will kill me not to lift for the length of time it is going to take to recover. I can't wait to try your program out though and hoping I am able to bounce back quickly and not lose my gains. 💪 Keep up the solid content!!

One more question, I have issue with my knee if I squat too heavy (I can still do Hypertrophy without it hurting), what would you suggest I do instead of the squat on the overload days?

Yes I can make a video on that but in short it's rather simple. Just place your body in a small caloric surplus and find what macro ratios seem to help your body perform the best. It's honestly as simple as that as long as your diet is in check with sufficient micronutrients, fiber, phytonutrients and all that good stuff. As for replacing the squat, it's a hard call. It depends on the circumstance but some type of compound lower body movement would be best. Can you do any form of squats such as , banded squats, box squats, front squats or something of that nature? If not then I'd remove the heavy squats from the program and go as is. Utilizing that much weight on a machine variation or something similar would be no good.

So glad I came to your channel after water you correcting Jessica's squat form. My husband taught me how to start lifting weight and now I just want to do more. I haven't tested out my 1 rep max yet because I am scared I may hurt myself lol but I can do 145# for 5x5 so far and conventional deadlift 120# and working on sumo deadlift and now I am at 100-115# for reps. If I don't test out my one rep what do you suggest I put in as my weight used?

I´ve signed up to the program, however I currently have a bad lower back injury which means no squats or deadlifts for me til recovery! I know... sad. Anyway, do you recommend this program being in a caloric surplus and wanting to build quite a bit of muscle? As that´s what im trying to do at the momento! Hard working around this injury but it´s gotta be done. Thankyou again!

Maybe sometime you could do a video on the science behind core training. I know you have done a video on the ab muscles before which I enjoyed but it'd be great to see another with even more detail! I have gone back and forth between a little bit of core each day vs an actual core day (just like back day, leg day, etc) I have more of a "blocky" waist. Plus, I feel like my stomach/abs "push out". For aesthetics alone, I would guess to not do weighted exercises....yet at the same time, don't I need a strong core from all angles? Maybe I am missing something but how do I have a "thinner" (not necessarily leaner) more aesthetically pleasing waistline while also having solid functional strength? Sorry for such a long comment but just to add one more question to this... I am a female and have noticed the majority of females store fat in hips/butt/thighs, and that women tend to lean out in their stomachs first. I tend to hold the most fat in my stomach though (especially lower half). I feel like that is really strange for a female to have the stomach as the trouble spot (and my legs have always been very lean very easily). Is there more of an explanation besides "genetics" or "improve insulin sensitivity"? Just looking for a different perspective if it's out there. Hope everything makes sense and love the channel!

Hello Brendan, I'm new to your channel I'm a a subscriber to Noel and I watched to video of you two. So i decided to subscribe to your channel. And I've probably watched about 10-15 of your videos in one day. I think you are an amazing educator of helping people workout and be safe I love your videos. I'm going to try your free glute program I watch this video in its entirety and I want to make sure I understand and follow your instructions to a "T". Ive down loaded the worksheet. I notice you don't have an amount of weight where is says "Load" week 1-5 would you like us to use lower weights the first 5 weeks? Then when we get to 6-10 weeks is that when you lift at your max? I'm familiar already with all the exercises and I do glute/legs 3x a week but after looking at your videos I know for a fact I'm not squatting properly because my knees do hurt. And.... I have weak hips/glutes so what I've learned from you is to warm up/activate the glutes before doing any glute/leg workout.... thank you for that. I've had knee issues for years and my dr/PT told me to strengthen my hams/quads I'm doing alot better but would love to learn how to squat all the way down. I don't do that now because of my knees and hips. I saw the way you show Noel how to squat properly and I'm going to try that Monday(tomorrow) on my first day of your program. I love that your program is a full body workout not just concentrating on one body part. Another question: I didn't see any cardio, how would I incorporate cardio into this program? Right now I only do HIIT cardio about 3x per week with Boxing on Saturday's. And I do my cardio post weight lifting(strength training). Just FYI I workout out at 4am so will this plan work for me since I'm not really able to eat a full meal. Right now i may have a pre protein shake or banana. But I drink BCAA's during my workouts. What would you recommend at a pre work meal. I can't eat alot in the morning and workout I will get sick. sorry for the long comment but I just found your channel and found this video and loved it.
