This is a worship instrumental that flowed from the idea that the Lord sees, knows, and wants to touch the deep wounded places within us. These words flowed out of meditating on the aspect of Jesus heart that is Healer and Deliverer. When Jesus spoke about himself and his ministry, in Luke 4:13-30, it says that he picked up a scroll, and read from Isaiah 61. I have posted that passage below so you can read those words and spend time with the Lord reflecting on His character, His heart, and what He Himself desires to you in you and your heart and life!
Freedom from captivity, bondage, slavery to sin, despair, darkness, and self is NOT A PROCESS, IT IS A PERSON, and His name is Jesus! He is the annointed one, who gives the Spirit without measure that we could be set free. The cross where He died, His body broken, His blood shed are INVITATIONS to come and be born again, raised from the dead, and set free from the sin that so easily entangles. The gaze that saves, is also the gaze that sustains, and every time we set our eyes upon Him and His face, and see Him rightly, our hearts burst to life, and we are empowered afresh to follow the Man who loves us so much.
I pray that this worship instrumental will aid you in your pursuit of the Man Jesus and His presence. The music is not the means to Jesus, Jesus Himself is our mediator between God and us. But, music has aided the heart to express our deepest longing for Him, and it says in Psalm 22:1 that God dwells in the praises of His people. So as we spend time with Jesus, setting our gaze upon Him, expressing our loving longing for Him and Him alone, desiring to see Him rightly, I believe He manifests Himself in a special way to us. He is not a formula, He is a person, who wants relationship!
There is power in this man, and He still sets captives free. I pray that these words sung would express His heart for your freedom to take deeper root in your life. Romans 8 comes to mind, talking about God's desire for His children to be set free.
I welcome all comments and discussion about this topic, as I believe we need each other in order to come to the fullness of God's intended purposes for us.
Blessings listeners!

Lyrics:
I have so much, so much more
How lovely, I'm waiting outside your door
Freedom for captives, yes!
It's not too good to be true
I will touch, your wound, when you're ready
Oh come,
I've overcome
You are my crown of beauty
I give you the oil of gladness, for despair
I'm singing over your wound
Come away, my love
Come with me
You are precious to me
I'm knocking with a melody
Can you hear it?
I'm fighting for you
I'm coming for you
I'm coming for you
I'm here, with you
Ohhh
Coming for you
Isaiah 61 English Standard Version (ESV)
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion-to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.
