However, it is difficult to design because the hollow diameter is limited.
We are introducing a multi-turn absolute position sensor(encoder) that allows you to freely manufacture the disk hollow diameter and outer diameter.
It can be freely processed and manufactured using a gear scale. Of course, gear processing does not require manufacturing molds and can be manufactured inexpensively.

This sensor is mounted on a collaborative robot reducer to sense the final position and is suitable for shock detection, teaching, etc.
As you can see, it is a magnetic sensor used in combination with gears.
It is possible to use it in combination with gears or with a magnetic scale as shown in the following application example, but in this video, it is recommended to use it in combination with gears.
