yeast - 20 gm
sugar - 125 gm
butter - 120 gm
milk - 225 ml
water - 225 ml

method
mix together all ingredients, divided dough in to 1.500 kg lamination butter apply 450 gm .

first one book fold and next one single fold after rest dough in freezer two hours .
