Simple bean potato pan with green beans and sour cream is a super quick and delicious dish, try this recipe out. Super healthy, low in calories but packed with vitamins and nicely filling, this easy dinner is pure food for the soul!
Ingredients for the potato pan with green beans
750 grams of potatoes
400 grams of green beans
1 pepper
salt and pepper to taste
200 g sour cream (or sour cream)
½ -1 tsp curry
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cumin
3-4 tablespoons oil for frying.
preparation
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Clean the beans and cut into 2.5 cm pieces (you can also use frozen green beans or deli beans). Cut the peppers into thin strips or dice them small.
2. Heat some oil in a pan at high temperature. Add the potatoes to the pan, season with salt and stir until coated in the fat. Fry for 15 minutes.
3. Now add the beans and sauté for another 7 minutes with the lid closed and over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Do a chopstick test on the potatoes.
4. Now add the pieces of pepper. Fry for another 5-7 minutes. Then add the sour cream and stir well. Now the simple and healthy potato dish with vegetables is ready!
