The cones should be harvested at the very beginning of May, when they are tender and can be easily pierced with a needle.

Recipe:
pine cones 1 kg
sugar 2 kg
water 1.5 litres
-Wash the pine cones thoroughly, soak them in water and leave them for 8 hours. Then drain the water.
- Pour in water, bring to a boil and add sugar. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and leave for 12 hours.
- Then repeat the procedure again.
In general, I do 3-4 rounds. The last time I cook 30 batches.
- Pour into sterile jars and close the lids tightly.
