The third one is false. If you have deep frostbite DO NOT warm it instantly, you should warm your body slowly and regularly until reaching a normal temperature otherwise you risk damaging your muscles and blood vessels drastically in an almost permanent way.

PLEASE *DO NOT* wrap your fingers like that wrap a piece between each finger as with deep frost bite there’s a chance they’ll fuse together and have to be cut apart

I remember one winter my friends and i went sliding down this really long and steep hill and i got scared and dug my bare hands into the snow the whole way down. I almost passed out from the pain from my hands being so cold and then when they started warming back up it hurt even worse.

Don't put pressure on the affected area. The frostbitten area should be warmed up by a healthcare professional. This is usually done by immersing the affected area in warm - but not hot - water. A bath of water at 37C to 39C (98.6F to 102.2F) is recommended for rewarming

When I was like 15 I got my finger stuck to the ice in the freezer. Was at home alone, had to stretch to reach the sink to get some water to splash. When I got free my index finger was silver it looked like fish skin. Dunked it in hot water. Big mistake😂.

I’me trying to get information on how to treat frostbite when doing PE in winter in school. Because in the UK in my school, they don’t care how cold it is outside. They just force students to suffer while the PE teachers are wearing jackets.

Know duster cans and how they have the cold liquid at the bottom, I had the can upside down and shot it for 1 second on the back of my hand, it froze for a second and disapeered, and it hurt like .7 out of ten for the rest of the night, color was fine, the next day to a week later it’s fine but there’s a little spot size of a dime that’s slightly darker and rougher, should I be concerned
