Connect and Move with this CLASSICAL full body (always;) reformer session with a focus on pelvic stability and control. Sure moving fast is fun and flowing through movement is, in my opinion needed at times! So allow yourself to slow down for this one, and check yourself to see where you are truly initiating the movement from. And also not just what's moving but WHAT ISN'T.
