I kept changing my mind for years about getting parallettes like these for years. Saw this video a few months back and really liked the way you were using them for things like jumping lunges and deficit push ups etc. as well as the more traditional exercises. So I got some and I really wish I'd done that years ago. Great kit. Use them more than anything else I have, good for working full muscle range and the aging joints appreciated the benefits too. Good video. Thanks.

Mostly upper body but there are some thrusts / calf raises at the end which work the legs a little.

I bought your bars back in the early part of quarantine and absolutely love them! I love the creative workouts you post. I still love going to the gym and lifting weights but I like throwing some of the calisthenics exercises into my workouts or if the gym is really busy and I don’t want to risk being around a lot of people, I can do some of your stuff at home. Hey Frank I took a year off of working out. Now I am trying to get back to working out again I don't know where to start because my strength went down a lot and i don't know if I should start with a full body workout or upper or lower body spit routine last I don't know how many exercises for each workout. A few years ago, I could do dips like nothing, and transition into a handstand to do pushups. After a few years and +20kg, I'm starting working out again. Let's just say I can't do handstand pushups anymore.

Great workout. The only problem I've had is with biceps curls. If I'm holding my grip, my hands don't rotate and I can't squeeze my biceps properly. It's like doing a partial preacher curl, while what Frank is doing is different. I can move the weight forward a little bit and do the heel- sole movement with my feet, but my grip is too tight and I tend to go UP instead of forward. Any suggestions?
