Thank you. This will be my workout when I am on the road and away from my weights. Your "imaginary string" and your guidance about where to lead the movement from have helped me to much better focus on what muscle(s) are to be worked in a given exercise.

Great workout! I am a work in progress with regard to balance, so I have to hold onto a chair, but several of the exercises the second time through, I tried without holding on! Thank you so much!🙂

You do what is best for you...if standing is a good level for you, then do that in combination with seated. Always listening to your body is best!
