Day 22 done! That squat series was tough my low back was really complaining. Great workout! Any way I don't watch the Formula 1 series (i might need to now) but for Christmas one year I was able to get my husband an experience to drive a formula 1 car around the Charlotte race track. He wore the super suit and did some training and then drove! It was really awesome.

I hope your husband knows that he has THE BEST WIFE EVER!! Great gift Emily!! About your back: I fear you might be posteriorly tilting your pelvis when you squat. Do me a favour and do a squat by a mirror and watch your low back/bum. Does the bum tuck under when you squat? If so, work on your ankle mobility and for future squats place your heels up on some rolled towels when you squat and focus on pressing the bum back. I hope that made sense.

DAY 22 COMPLETE 💯✅ Omg that was a struggle but I did it stayed with my moderates until you layered down had to stop a few time heart was racing Speaking of racing 🏎️ 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Hamilton is by far superior completely agree they will miss him when he moves in next year.......heads up do not go to the UK F1 it's awful been there never again I'll leave it at that...... I started watching F1 after you mentioned it in a previous video and my boyfriend watched it with me and he’s hooked! He wants to travel and go see a race somewhere next season. He even subscribes to the F1 app and gets to watch the race from the drivers view, it’s insane. Loved the workout too!😅

Great full body strength workout. The excercises are intense challenging and fun. I used 12lbs, 10lbs and 5lbs. Funny that you’re so enthusiastic about that formula 1 racing on Netflix. I haven’t seen it though. Here in the Netherlands at Zandvoort there is formula 1 racing too🏎 I’m glad I enjoyed this workout. Thank you PJ and Tia. 👍💪❤️

Great, but super challenging workout after taking a week and a half off while in Brazil. Yes I know I should’ve worked out, but I did do a whole lot of hill walking with my husband! My oldest daughter is going to an F1 race in Belgium for 3 days next summer. She just discovered her love for it in the past few months. I should’ve encouraged Montreal, closer and not as nerve wracking for this momma!

Yup, that is a good work around if the whole workout was too much. You could also sub out every 2nd exercise with marching on the spot and as you get fitter add an exercise in. Find a pace and length of workout that makes you feel successful and then keep showing up! Well done!

No I don't, sorry! There are so many considerations for the different areas of the body as we get older that I just can't cue for everything. I recommend you talk to your physiotherapist on what not to do, and do instead, and sub in your hip-friendly versions when contraindicated exercises are taught. Great job on the workout!!

This was absolutely STONKING! Think this has to be my favourite session so far in the challenge! Was tough (especially the first 2 rounds straight out the gate!) but so bloody good! Well done ladies and thank you! 💪💪😁 PJ - I live in Stevenage, UK the home of Lewis Hamilton where he grew up! We are all huge supporters!
