Thank you guys for helping me through addiction, you guys were an inspiration when I was at my lowest during addiction, I'm now a recovered addict and after two years of transitioning and change I'm back to practicing yoga with you guys which is currently helping me come out of depression, so thank you for existing and sharing with the world so much love & light. 🙏

I love the movement and the stillness and the dialogue in between. All of your classes on the channel and patrion bring so much to my daily life and am so grateful to practice daily with you. Some classes harder than others, some more talking, aome more balancing and so on and so forth…but overcoming myself, feeling into each space and the awareness of my internal dialogue is why I show up and keep coming back❤️ Please continue to share and speak,..it’s in is all, sometimes we need reminders, sometimes just a new way of hearing it🦋 with much love and gratitude 🙏

I felt sore from yesterdays practice and deceided to go slow today. I kept my eyes closed through this practice and concentrated on the breath. Nothing else. Sitting and meditating… feeling warm, soft, humble, grateful. Thank you for this wonderful 40 minutes, Flo ❤

This was exactly what I needed today! I had rotator cuff surgery in June and had to take a break from yoga for a couple of months. I also had covid which slowed me down for a couple of weeks. I need these slower full body practices before I’m ready to do the stronger classes again. Namaste!

This is the class KZitem suggested this morning. Since I am recovering from my first Covid episode I needed a gentle class and this was perfect, just at the right level and pace. The savanna and meditation will help boost my immune system as less cortisol in the body is always good. As usual perfectly balanced class, masterfully lead by Flo. Thank you 🙏🏼

This brought such an important awareness. I was able to observe my mind, and where it typically takes me. I love the nudge at the end about being your own best company… having a good time with yourself. What comes up when I’m alone? What are the pervasive thoughts that I then project onto those in my life? Thank you for this beautiful practice 🙏🏽

Hi Flow, first of all I want to thank you for brilliant classes, I began to follow your classes couple weeks ago and they helped me a lot 🙏 I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both my wrists also some nerve issues about my arms, as a ex rock climber I used my body harshly over the years :) for the last year I was trying to find something that help me recover in the mean time I wouldn't stop doing sports. With your classes I guess I've found that :) finally, I would like to ask you if possible can you make a session mainly focuses on the arms, wrists and neck? Thank you again, I wish you all the best 👍

This class came on point, this is my deload week so I do only restorative and mobility classes (of course I'll do your BJJ mobility class in a couple of days😉)I have a question for the lying spinal twist : I usually turn my head in the opposite side of the legs, but today it felt better to keep the head "normal" (looking at the ceiling). What is better ? Is there an alignement recommendation, or should we always trust our sensations ? Thank you Flo ! Namaste from France 🙏

Hi Breathe and Flow! I've been trying your guys routines for almost two years now and recently got rid of my yoga mat as it ended up distorting and tearing as it was pretty cheaply made. I'm now looking to buy a new one of better quality. Do you know any good brands for people who are around 6'3'' and broad at the shoulders. I didn't like how with my last one which was normally sized when I did the yogi pushups my hands would be half off and half on the mat. Any advice would be appreciated!
