👌Inspiring indeed , a disciplined life is highly productive , but the dinner is too heavy planner and chills takes time to digest, but yeh if one has great gut that crushes every thing , it good but in rainy season and for dinner , it’s good to have light especially for 40ians

I have a 10 to 5.30 job with a kid. Biometric attendance and 2 hours of travel daily...U r lucky...Keep going...Children's education,school homework, mood swings of a 9 year old, extra curricular activities and more and more household chores..feel exhausted .

Hey please anita, make a video about how to decide the menu for a balanced meal every time. How to buy veggies and fruits according to the menu or vice versa. Because I always mess up in following menu after 2 to 3 days. An also guide about proportion of everything especially rice or millets.

Hey ! But then we have to also go to office from 9 am to 7 pm + 2-2.5 hrs of more transit time also .. sometimes have to login back after reaching home for client calls.. so, how to manage workouts n prepare healthy diets etc... also as day is super busy, it feels like we should indulge in something junk at night and watch Netflix... How to stay motivated in such routine?

Have been struggling with health issues for the past 15plus years...had bone TB then and have had a long and painful recovery since...walk with a strick now...at 50 now...I am not seeing myself getting better but struggling still to pull through the day... hence my request... please consider and do let me know if you do plan a visit to Hyderabad soon...thank you.. you are truly inspiring and amazing...God bless you!!

Hi anita i have been gollowing you from so long. I have started doing surya namaskars from a week. I observed that my back pain is increasing after starting the surya namaskaras. FYI i have very mild backpain which i got post delivery and my c- section delivery happened 1.5 years ago. Before starting surya namaskar i used to feel the pain very rare like once in a week. But now i am having mild back pain almost whole day. Can you give me any suggestion whether i can continue or do inhave to make any changes in my practice. I know you without seeing how am i practicing is difficult for you to say, but still i wanted ask your suggestions. Hope i get a reply.
