@@Fitnesstoolki Just from personal experience I've got to say don't go too low on calories too soon. Don't leave yourself with nowhere to go when you hit that plateau - it's miserable.

I have a question. I am dieting on 1500 calories (19 years old, 175cm height 79kg now) I am dieting now 11 weeks and started with 90 kg. But I cut my calories instantly to 1500 and didnt change that till now. I am going 3 times a week in the gym. My question is now, should I keep my calories at 1500 or what should I do? I am going on vacation in 6 weeks and want to lose as much fat as possible for now, relax on my vacation and then start again I think. Can you help me?

Great recipes, however what I noticed is: all these 4 meals combined have 23 g of fat. Isn't this wayyy below the recommended minimums for daily fat intake? Do you usually only eat this much fat every day without any issues?

It's true that your body can absolutely absorb and process unlimited amounts of protein, but your muscles only use and grow un max 0.5 grams of protein, any more than that amount the progres plateaus and doesn't change or get better. So you can have unlimited protein, your muscles will use what it needs and the rest your body will process. The nice thing is is that protein takes more energy to process so the more you eat the more calories you can burn over all (not by much though but it helps). So that's really cool :)

he has an insane of muscle mass, muscle is active tissue. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. also he is the mr olympia, he has insane genetics.

For weight loss, yes. You can follow a high carb diet and still lose weight as long as you're in a calorie deficit 👍
