So, the first high volume meal of the day is beef loaded nachos. 454 calories, 41g carbs, 13g fat, 40g protein and a perfect addition to any fat loss diet. Tasty and filling.
Next up are some insane garlic & chilli prawn loaded fries. 329 calories, 52g carbs, 1g fat and 30g protein. Nice low calorie dish and leaves room for a high protein dessert!
And last but not least, we have some delicious high protein French toast churros. 330 calories, 42g carbs, 3g fat and 38g protein - this is a perfect high volume meal/snack for sitting down one evening in front of the TV and watching Netflix.
And as well as that, I talk about some of the side effects I experiencing during contest prep, both physically and psychologically. From the challenges I faced in my relationship to the weird eating habits I picked up - this is an honest review and something to consider when pushing the extremes in terms of low body fat.
