@@EricCartman915 Calories in/calories out. If you consume more calories than you burn then no matter what you eat you will gain weight. His net for the day after calculating his calories consumed vs what he lost from cardio/exercising came out to 2280, which is probably slightly under maintenance for him.

I died laughing when you asked your dad if he drinks protein shakes, ironically my dad just turned 68 he was a body builder in the 80's. Wow 3159 calories😮. Thank you for being honest! I see a lot of influencers that are 200 pounds 10 percent body fat posting 1800 calorie full day of eating videos. I use to deprive myself but once I started eating 3000 plus calories my lifts have progressed much faster. I guess us Asians have a high metabolism can get away with it but still. I think You and mdjfitness (although hers is a little to extreme) are the only ones who post realistic full day of eatings

it's very hard to believe you ate almost 240 grams of protein. IMHO the calorie count and macros are fairly over exaggerated especially when you are guesstimating. 3100+ calories is a lot more food than that man. Its just hard to believe that you maintain THIS physique at that bf% with this amount of calories

Good critique, I usually wouldn’t eat this many calories (generally closer to 2500 mark) but I went back to calculate the macros and was surprised to see the bun thit nuong to be that high in calories. The activity definitely helped offset but I was certainly in a surplus in this video

hi Tyler. I think it’s very important to tell your viewers that biking can literally give you another 1500 calories to eat. Especially with how much you bike and workout. 3100 calories isn’t a lot for a super fit person, but for someone that isn’t as active I think could be a lot !

Vietnamese food might be lower fat than some other food choices, but looking at all the white rice and sugar, I'd be worried if you had any tendencies towards higher blood sugar. Definitely going to spike it pretty hard and not a good longevity choice. Occasional treat yes

Try and squeeze in an extra meal. Space out those meals equally and as far apart as you can. Eat calorically dense foods. You really just need to eat more but there are tricks to doing so.

i started working out at 12.5% bf, very lean and skinny, I worked hard and gained 12 lbs of pure muscle and my bodyfat went down to 11%. But I realised I was still skinny looking with a shirt on so I had to gain more weight. I clean bulked another 10 lbs which helped a bit. Then I started my first test cycle 250mgs/week without dieting or training as good as I was doing before and that got me another 20lbs now I am not as lean (about 15%) but def a lot bigger and not insecure about my own appearence as I was before. Tyler you are way too lean to be pursuing your goals, bulk up with healthy foods you will not regret it my boy

@@Tropicocitwo Yeah I think my scale is messed up because of the inaccuracy of one of the body fat measurer where you hold your hands out. it used to say that I was 7% bf but I know those things suck so I always just assumed I was like 12-14% back then. But he still looks way leaner than when I was in my best condition so I guess it's just pretty surprising!
