I strongly recommend starting the APU after dual engine failure to gain hydraulics and full electrictal power of the aircraft. Furthermore you can silence most of the warnings by resetting the master caution and warning push buttons. Maintaining the green dot speed the best thing to do in that situation and it is always best to make sure that the aircraft hasn’t degraded its flight protections into alternet law or direct law.

Landing gear is hydraulic powered and you need to go a gravity drop. In the cockpit there is a handle you turn to extend the gear. It’s in the centre console at the back near the printer. Having APU power will restore most of the hydraulic stuff. The flaps automatically switch to the electrical system. Using speed brakes and flaps can be used with the electrical system. I regiment watching some videos on the A320 systems in the future
