Co-founder Jared Linzmeier shares his philosophy on sourcing, roasting and brewing the perfect cup of coffee, all done in a very small town in Wisconsin. Luke then heads south for dinner at the legendary supper club, the Del-Bar. We meet Owner Amy Wimmer, a 3rd generation Wimmer to own and operate the Del-Bar and has big plans to add her own spin of quality and hospitality to the historic restaurant.
