4 Sets: 5 Floor Hamstring Curls + 12 Single Leg Hamstring Hip Thrusts
3 Sets: 8 Feet Together Suicide Squats (TUT)
1 Set: AMRAP Glute Raise Switches
3 Sets: 45 Second Bulgarian Split Squat (Hold)
