We're enthusiasts, but it is very difficult to meet persons like you, and thank you for your love in every movement. I'm a woman almost 79 years old, and since I watched for the first time, 3 or 4 weeks ago, I feel empathy with your way. So, I did my first routine today, and I feel happy, with less pain in my joints and muscles 💪. Thanks again, and I'll continue with God into my heart and take care of my body because that's my happy obligation. Living and feeling good, for me, my sons and grand sons.
