Damn that last superset looks insane. I thought the fat grip wrist curl would’ve tanked your grip strength for the reverse EZ bar curls, impacting your performance on the latter. Also, I would’ve guessed that by adding fat grips to the cable curl, your forearm would become the limiting factor in that movement Is this not your experience? Could it be that you just have insane forearm stamina?
@Hersovyac
Жыл бұрын
No it hasn’t been my experience at all , I got extra strong grip without training it really hard and big hand might be why. As for your question the position allow me to better focus biceps, even if I got to keep wrist tight so I don’t know it works 🤷🏻♂️

Your strenngh is absurd not only on pulls and vertical presses, but you are also damn strong on isolations, it will requere me alteast 5 years of consistant arm specialization to even come close to peenwheel curling 30 kg, considering that my working weight now is 11 kg 😂

At that rate bro just drop the precise curl and do hammer and ez bar ones and focus on pull up strength no need for over thinking yet

@@Hersovyac i will just do hammer curl variations only, as it is the only one i managed to be able to train to failure without ugly pain in my wrist, also with my current shoulder overuse injury i woulnt be able to do them or other upper body compound for quite long, but when i will be able to, i will spam towel pull ups for sure, my favorite variation yet, strenghens your fingers, freedom of shouder movement like in rings, and gives you immense stretch when you do those close grip, as for wrist discomfort, it is coralated with my previos wrist break long time ago, being able to do supinated and pronated curls without pain might surgery, but i am doing rehab for my wrist every day, i believe it will work pretty well if i will stick for it for a year or two and return my bones in a position where they are supposed to be, im still able to train my arms hard though with certain movemnts, recently im adding reps on those like crazy, i think o found a way to grow them without being limited by my tendons
