After undergoing hamstring surgery last November, I've been on a dedicated path to recovery, gradually rebuilding my body and endurance. Over the past three weekends, I tackled three challenging 25k races, each with unique terrains and conditions, from the scorching trails of the Georgetown Rivers Edge Trail to the muddy paths of the Ricochet 25k and the diverse landscapes of the Coyote Run.
In this video, I recount my experiences, the highs and lows of each race, and how I managed my recovery process. Plus, I share my future race plans, including the Grindstone 100 and the Snow Drop 55-hour race, all leading up to my ultimate goal: the Cocodona 250 in May.
