🔔 garlic scapes (Maneuljjong) jang-ajji. (1T = rice spoon)
Garlic scapes (Maneuljjong) 800g, salt 3T (45g), Jocheung 120ml, gochujang 400g, myeolchi aekjeot 50ml, plum syrup 50ml, soju 50ml.
1: Vinegar 2T.
2: garlic scapes (Maneuljjong) 100g jang-ajji, ½T sesame oil, ½T sesame seeds.

1. Chop garlic scapes (Maneuljjong).
2. Wash garlic scapes (Maneuljjong).
3. Add 3T (45g) of salt to garlic scapes (Maneuljjong), mix and leave for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, pour full of boiling water and leave for 10 seconds.
5. Rinse in cold water and wipe dry.
6. Add garlic scapes (Maneuljjong), 120ml Jocheung, 400g gochujang, 50ml myeolchi aekjeot, 50ml plum syrup, and 50ml soju and mix.
7. Store in a container in the refrigerator for 7 to 21 days.
8. When eating, mix 100g of garlic scapes (Maneuljjong) jang-ajji, 1/2T of sesame oil, and 1/2T of sesame seeds.
