This video contains two rated matches I had with the recently released LV1 M'Quve Gouf on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 300-350 cost raid with great mobility, absurd melee damage, instant stun immunity while holding a melee weapon alongside access to Anti-Stealth.. Its weaknesses would be that it has no instant stagger, that it has short range and that it only has LV2 melee priority. This suit feels really fun, it basically combines the good parts of the Gouf and Gyan to become something stronger than either of them. It is a bit tricky to play, but I feel like it has very high potential. I hope that you enjoy watching!
Its primary weapon is a finger vulcan gun with 105 power, 60 ammo, 512 RPM, 4 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 200m range, 896 DPS and 6% stagger value. This works like the finger vulcan gun on the original Gouf, but it feels like it has less bullet spread. It can stagger in 2 seconds and has decent DPS, but you are vulnerable to staggers while firing it.
Its primary melee weapon is a heat sword with 2200 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.5 seconds swap time, 60% combo modifier and 85%x3 downswing modifier. This has high base power for the cost, but furthermore, it has absolutely absurd downswing power. It even surpasses the downswing power of the 400 cost Gyan. The downswing animation is the exact same as the Gyan, but the thicker blade of the heat sword makes it easier to hit knocked over enemies. The neutral swing has a similar animation to the Gyan side swing, being a fairly fast thrust.
Its first sub weapon is a heat rod with 1200 power, 6 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap time, 130% side swing modifier and 160%x2 downswing modifier. This behaves similarly to the Gouf heat rod in that normal swings do not stagger, but it has a powerful downswing. You can use the sideswing to somewhat replace having a stun in close range, you can go right into a heat sword combo if they don't have a dodge roll. The downswing animation is a long ranged and wide hitting right and left slam, it is powerful and can hit multiple enemies at once, but is difficult to hit. It takes practice to consistently hit with this weapon at all, it only has a hitbox near the tip of the heat rod.
Its second sub weapon is an alternate version of the finger vulcan gun with 160x4 power, 12 ammo, 17 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap time, 150m range and 2%x4 stagger value. Unlike your primary weapon, this sub weapon shoots bullets from all 4 fingers at once. Despite the suit having 0 ranged modifier, this can deal really high damage if you can connect with an entire clip. Its hard to find a good time to use it though, since within 150m range you may as well try to melee them anyway.
The LV1 M'Quve Gouf has 16000 HP, 0 beam/ballistic resist and 30 melee resist. It has very high HP for this cost alongside incredible melee resistance, but suffers from having absolutely abysmal ranged resistances, so you have to take great care when fighting ranged DPS generals like Acguy Firepower Type. It lacks Maneuver Armor, but in return it gets LV1 Close Combat Program. This grants instant stagger resistance, 100% strafing speed in every direction, +5 walking speed, +5 boosting speed and +5 turning speed while a melee weapon is equipped. It has no Emergency Evasion.
In terms of mobility it has 125 (128 including ground affinity) walking speed, 200 boosting speed, 60 thrust and 69 (75 including affinity) turning speed. When you consider the mobility boost from Close Combat Program, the ground affinity and its access to LV1 Forced Injectors, it is without a doubt the fastest 300 cost raid. It has better mobility than most 400 cost raids for that matter.
It also has access to a skill called Melee Battle Optimizer. This reduces swap time for your melee weapons by 30%, as long as you already had a melee weapon equipped. Furthermore, it has LV2 Power Accelerator to boost out of clashes with.
In conclusion, I feel that the M'Quve Gouf will actually be a pretty solid option as far as raids go. I think that it is no stretch to say that low cost raids are quite bad, barring a few exceptions. This suit still has some of the same weaknesses of those raids, such as having no dodge roll, but it feels like the damage output actually makes the risks worth it. It can hunt down the Acguy Recon Type thanks to Anti-Stealth, and its heat saber downswing (which actually deals more damage than the 400 cost Gyan downswing) can easily take away half of a generals HP bar or more, making it even more powerful if playing with a team that can set it up. You can't just shoot the support from a distance like the Acguy (TB) or Zaku Flipper can though, so you really have to be comfortable with melee as well as be patient enough to wait for the right time to move in. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
