I have been doing several of you routines for a year or more and found them all helpful, but I think this one is best of all after my second time through. I just turned 79, have serious knee damage and multiple shoulder issues. My upper body feels so much better after this 15 minutes, BTW, this comment will identify me as Ann, my spouse. I just started with these stretches and every time I do them my hands start to tingle and almost start feeling numb. Especially the one where your hands are behind your head for the shoulder stretch. Is this normal😅
