So these are some great Yoga stretches you can do anytime of day -- sitting on the floor or sitting right at your desk. These are specifically targeted to relieve pain in the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
